Sekuro is a trusted provider of information security consulting services. We are currently recruiting smart, experienced and motivated security professionals to join our growing Technical Assurance team in preferably in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane to assist our medium to large sized customers.

The role involves an interesting mix of:
**Responsibilities**
- Manage a small group of OFFSEC team members to enable good performance and happiness of your unit.
- Promote a no bs, collaborative, open and professional culture.
- Provide mentorship and support to peers and subordinates, and help in their professional growth (technical and consulting).
- Lead by example and make sure your juniors live by the Sekuro values.
- Act as the engagement manager for several concurrent OFFSEC engagements (ensure the quality, suitability and timeliness of engagements and provide the first point of escalation for project issues).
- Deliver individual engagements yourself to maintain your skills set and consciously acquire new competences though formal training and self-development.

- 6+ years of experience in other relevant ICT and/or security domains.
- Experience with common development languages.
- Experience with common vulnerability detection tools.
- Experience in writing professional reports to communicate complex problems - and present recommendations for change.
- Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
- Awareness of OFFSEC frameworks/methodologies/certifications which may be relevant to technical engagements like OWASP, NIST, CORIE, CREST, Offensive Security, SANS, etc.
- Experience with security architecture design & reviews.
