Our West Perth based client is seeking a personable and switched-on Broker Support Administrator to join their team. This is a busy and varied role for someone who loves offering great customer service.
**Broker Support Administrator**

Our West Perth based client is seeking a personable and switched-on **Broker Support Administrator** to join their team. This is a busy and varied role for someone who loves offering great customer service.
**Location**: West Perth, WA
**Working hours**: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Pay Rate**: $33 per hour + superannuation
**Duration**: 3 - 6 months (assignment may extend)
**The Role**
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Answer broker queries on loan approval conditions
- Escalation requests for deals outside of service levels
- Assistance with urgent approvals and settlements
- Loan status tracking
- Introducer site password resets
- Application to settlement enquiries
- Responsible for the administration and upkeep of property portfolio
- ensuring efficient coordination with concerned parties such as agents, tenants, prospective clients
- Maintaining client accounts and file documentation
- Preparing and proofreading documents
- Conducting relevant market research as directed by brokers
- Generating marketing material and liaising with internal departments to create content
- General administration duties
- Loan processing and ensuring lender submissions are compliant with company and lender policies.
- First point of contact for all customers - Greeting customers and stakeholders in a pleasant manner
- Answering phone calls, offering great customer service, and directing the call to the appropriate persons or assisting with the enquiry using Sales Force to log any enquiries
- Liaising with Facilities Manager and organising for external maintenance suppliers to do work as required
- Pulling various daily / weekly / monthly sales reports
- Qualifying any sales leads called through to pass onto the sales team to action
**Experience Required**
- **Must have advanced verbal and written communication skills**:
- Experience in managing customer complaints the finance industry
- Experience to conducting end to end investigations into complaint matters
- Excellent analytical skills and an attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and productively in a small team
- Experience working in a reception or office administration role
- The ability to work autonomously with distinctive proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of duties effectively
- Exceptional organization skills and a high attention to detail
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
- Intermediate computer skills
