**The Opportunity**
A national insurance broker is seeking an experienced Claims Executive to join their team where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial claims for SME clients.

**About the Role**:

- Responsible for your own portfolio of commercial claims.
- Liaising with clients and insurers to discuss individual cases and resolve issues which may arise.
- Dealing with claims at varying quantum’s taking prompt action to get a positive outcome for the client as quick as possible.
- Negotiating with all stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build strong lasting relationships to ensure the right decision is reached for the client.

**To be successful you should possess the following**:

- You will have experience managing commercial or domestic claims.
- Ideally you will have knowledge of a variety of insurance products including property, motor and/or liability (if you do not have experience across all these products, training will be provided).
- Experience handling claims in an insurer or broking environment.
- Experience navigating around any setbacks which arise.
- Customer focused approach, with the proven ability to think outside the box.
- Effective and professional communication, negotiation, influencing and strong relationship management skills.
- Team focused attitude.
- Present a high level of attention to detail.
- Be quality focused while able to deal with high volumes of claims.
