A background in the finance industry, specifically in a lending-related role and ideally with experience with the assessment of Personal Loans and/or Home Loans

Confident speaking to people (on the phone).

Organised and detail-oriented

Excellent customer service skills, especially in managing sensitive financial discussions.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to achieve payment commitments.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers/systems

NCCPA Accreditation preferred

A go-getter who takes initiative and gets things done

Reliable, efficient, and a team player
