**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Operational Insights this role requires a talented, data driven professional
to provide insights and analysis of collated data to help our Supply Chain and Production functions.
You will drive the reporting and analysis as part of the Business Services Group (BSG) Strategy and
Insights team which provides actionable insight tools to drive better business decisions and planning
across the division.

**Role responsibilities**
- Engaging with the business to understand their needs and and framing the analysis toprovide insights to support the decision making of the key stakeholders
- Working with the Development team to deliver sophisticated data models and innovative reporting solutions
- Showing strong expertise in presenting data and insights using contemporary business intelligence platforms such as Power BI
- Offering ongoing support and collaborating with insights and data governance working groups
- Resolving and debugging environmental reporting issues

- You are an analytical thinker with data-driven approach and problem-solving mindset
- You have well-tuned observational skills and able to quickly make sense of what is happening
- You are able to interpret large volume of data with excellent data literacy to tell a story
- You are able to use insights to make effective recommendations with highly developed communication skills
- You are a true business partner who can deal with all levels of the organisation with demonstrated leadership and influencing expertise
- You have a genuine interest in process improvement with commercial acumen and perational mindset
- You are positive, proactive, collaborative and inquisitive
