Our client is a well-respected supplier of packaging and identification solutions with a national reach. We are seeking a skilled field service technician to join their ranks in Queensland with their operations based in Brisbane’s east.

The focus of this role is to provide outstanding field service and support to the customer base, including:

- Installation, maintenance and service of machinery and products on customer sites
- Providing technical support when required, both remotely and on-site
- Attending breakdown situations
- Providing equipment training to customers
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Trade qualifications/background in a relevant discipline (mechanical, electrical, electronic)
- An affinity for problem solving and an ability to get the job done
- High-level customer service skills - willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work overtime and travel, including overnight stays
- Previous relevant field service work a significant advantage
