We are currently looking to recruit a
**Customer Service Advisor (Hub)** at our site based in
**Eastern Melbourne.**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Meet and greet customers, process their vehicles for the repair journey and assist with customer mobility needs.
- Proactively reviewing, monitoring and communicating to customers ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Building & maintaining relationships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, colleagues)
- Uncover your customers insurance needs by offering suitable options, identifying opportunities for new business and renewals.
- Supporting Motorserve Site's where needed as we grow.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Problem solving skills & attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & a team environment.
