The Job

Our awesome allocations/rostering team in Warragul is looking for another team member to add to their vital work matching our support workers with client needs throughout Gippsland and the South Eastern area to ensure every client gets the skills and care they need, on time, every time. Our rostering team are key to ensuring our workers get the hours they want and our clients get the care they need and this team is the first point of contact for many of our workers.

About you

To succeed in the role, you will be able to think flexibly and outside the box, have great planning skills, think ahead and problem-solve. You'll have a warm and engaging phone style and enjoy forming relationships with our workers and clients over the phone. You'll be able to rise to the occasion and solve problems when you need to and you'll have a great sense of humour and a great sense of empathy. You'll be a 100% team player and have good negotiation skills and you'll be calm when things don't go to plan. You'll be able to communicate with members of other front-line teams to find solutions to issues and flourish in a team environment.

A background in rostering is desired but not required - whatever your background you will be able to demonstrate
