**Kingsway Group - Business Development Executive**

Kingsway Group are the market leaders in the provision of complete door sets to the Mental
Health sector. With exciting expansion plans we are looking for a talented Lead Generation professional to join the team who is passionate about great customer experience, has a can
- do mindset and enjoys a collaborative approach to work.

**Objective of the Role**:

- To qualify leads both online and by phone to hand over to the sales team
- To find new prospects and identify any interest in the products Kingsway Group provide.

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage the online chat for Kingsway Group to help establish visitors reason for visiting the website and quality their needs
- To undertake outbound calling to validate the quality of a lead, or generate new opportunities
- To keep the CRM up to date and report weekly on sales pipeline created
- Work with the marketing team to create new idea generation on campaigns
- Set up architect mtgs/lunches/training sessions via phone calls

**Experience**:

- This role would be suitable for someone with 2 - 3 years lead generation experience and used to working with technical products in a B2B environment
- Experience in using Sales Force CRM and chat Facilities and web tools an advantage
- Energetic and Passion for great customer service
- Strong level of written and verbal communication
- Team player

**Reporting to**:

- This role reports to the Project Consultant
- Primary location office based with some flexibility to work remotely

**Package**:

- $70,000 + superannuation
- Company bonus scheme
- 20 days per annum Annual Leave plus Public Holidays
