Security Officer (Sydney)

**North Sydney - Mascot - Lidcombe - Regents Park - Silverwater**

Mantr Group Security is looking for experienced security guards to work at our sites (Registered Clubs)

Full Time / Part Time / Casual Positions Available

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greeting guests upon arrival and departure in an enthusiastic, professional, and courteous manner
- Signing in of members and guests.
- Work closely with Duty Manager and Supervisor
- Promote positive public relations
- Perform duties as assigned
- Preventing disorderly persons from entering venue and escorting out intoxicated persons from venue

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following credentials and qualities:

- Class 1AC Security Licence
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gaming)
- First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Certificate
- Fully Vaccinated
- Min 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Current - Proof of Residency or Work Permit
- Availability to work various hours to suit the needs of the clients across days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service
- Steady employment history
- Demonstrated report writing and verbal communication skills

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lidcombe NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- 1AC Security licence (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- RSA RCG (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
