Job Title: Security Guard (RSA Venues)

Location: Brighton, NSW

Employment Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Available

Shifts: 7 Days a Week (Minimum Fridays & Saturdays)

Shift Duration: Minimum 6 Hours per Shift

About the Role

We are currently seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team for ongoing work across RSA venues. This role is ideal for individuals looking for consistent shifts, with flexible part-time or full-time hours available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide crowd control and maintain a safe environment at RSA venues
  • Check IDs and monitor entry points to ensure compliance with venue policies
  • Work as part of a team to ensure public safety and venue regulations are followed
  • Wear an all-black uniform as per company and venue standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing patron behaviour

Requirements

  • NSW Security License (Valid & Current)
  • RSA Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate (Valid)
  • Availability to work Fridays and Saturdays as a minimum
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment

Interviews will be held in Brighton, NSW.
