Keyz Security PTY LTD is seeking motivated and reliable Security Guards to join our team in Sydney. We provide professional security services to venues, events, and private clients, and are looking for guards who take pride in their work and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a strong and visible security presence across venues and events
  • Monitor crowd behaviour and manage entry/exit points
  • Respond to incidents quickly and effectively, following company procedures
  • Ensure the safety of staff, patrons, and property
  • Write accurate incident and shift reports as required
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining authority

Requirements

  • Current NSW Security Licence (1AC minimum)
  • Valid First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • RSA Certificate (highly regarded for licensed venues)
  • Minimum 1 year of security or crowd control experience
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Professional presentation and reliability
  • Full working rights in Australia
