Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable, professional, and licensed Security Guards to join our expanding team in Melbourne. As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining safety and security across various sites, ensuring a secure environment for staff, clients, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular patrols of premises, venues, or public areas to deter and detect suspicious activity
  • Manage access control to ensure only authorized individuals enter designated areas
  • Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, and respond promptly to security breaches or incidents
  • Maintain a professional and approachable presence on-site
  • Collaborate with emergency services when necessary
  • Complete accurate incident reports, shift logs, and safety documentation
  • Uphold high standards of appearance, behaviour, and professionalism at all times

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid Victorian Security Licence (with Crowd Control functions if applicable)
  • Strong observational and situational awareness skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Physically fit and capable of patrol duties and standing for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work across rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous security or crowd control experience is preferred but not mandatory
