**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a short-term **Data & AI Integration Specialist** to support a time-sensitive digital transformation initiative in the construction and custom cabinetry industry. This role focuses on driving **algorithm innovation, product integration**, and **scalable deployment** of intelligent data workflows. The engagement is strictly limited to a 3-month term.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement data processing systems aligned with custom manufacturing and project management workflows.
- Drive algorithmic innovation tailored to the construction and cabinetry supply chain.
- Lead the integration of AI-driven solutions into existing product platforms.
- Oversee scalable deployment of data automation across multiple departments.
- Liaise with bilingual (Mandarin-English) stakeholders to ensure data alignment and effective project communication.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality, structure, and real-time analytics output.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in data processing, analytics, or digital transformation roles.
- Proven track record in AI-driven workflow development and deployment.
- Familiarity with construction/manufacturing industries or product-based operations.
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills in **both Mandarin and English** (verbal and written).
- Prior experience managing cross-functional or international teams is highly regarded.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
