The Role:
The AI Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning models to solve complex problems and optimize business processes. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities, gather data, build and train models, and implement AI solutions to enhance our client services and real estate operations.
Key responsibilities:
· Research and Analysis:
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, advancements, and research in the field of AI and machine learning
– Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities where AI technologies can provide significant value and streamline efficiencies
· Data Collection and Preprocessing:
– Identify relevant data sources and collaborate with division heads to gather and preprocess data required for training AI models
– Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with privacy and security regulations
· Model Development and Training:
– Design and develop AI models and algorithms to create better business efficiencies and achieve defined objectives
– Train machine learning models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
– Optimize model performance, accuracy, and efficiency
· Implementation and Integration:
– Collaborate with software developers and engineers to integrate AI models into existing systems, applications and processes
– Test and validate AI solutions in real-world scenarios and ensure seamless integration with existing workflows
· Performance Monitoring and Maintenance:
– Monitor the performance of deployed AI solutions and fine-tune models as needed to improve accuracy and efficiency
– Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
· Documentation and Reporting:
– Document AI models, methodologies, and code to ensure proper knowledge transfer and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
– Prepare reports and presentations to communicate AI results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
· Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java
· Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
· Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization
· Experience with AI-related tools and technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision
· Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices
· Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to design innovative AI solutions
· Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
· The specific job requirements and responsibilities of an AI Specialist may vary based on the organization's size, industry, and the scope of their AI initiatives. Some AI Specialists may have a more specialized focus, such as NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning, depending on the company's needs
