**Executive Assistant to the Executive Director - NSW Government**
- **$550 - $650 per day + super**:

- **Immediate start - Initial 3 month contract with view to extend**:

- **Eveleigh location/hybrid**:

- **Full time, 40 hours/week**

**About the Role**
- Review and manage correspondence
- Arranging travel
- Project Coordination
- Budgeting and organising committees
- Agendas and meeting minutes
- Draft and prepare general correspondence, presentations, reports and submissions

**Skills & Experience**

To be successful, you ideally would have:

- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Executive Support role
- High level diary management skills
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills with an ability to build effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise and undertake simultaneous duties/projects to deliver successful outcomes while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
- Well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Highly proficient with demonstrated experience in programs such as Office 365, Zoom, Teams, Sharepoint, One Note etc.
- Government experience is beneficial but not essential, we require someone who is able to manage the complexities and processes of the working environment
