**HR Connect** is instrumental in the enablement of the wider Human Resources team, providing effective advice and support for critical HR actions around the employee lifecycle.

The team provide high quality internal advice on guidelines, policies and procedures to our internal customers. As the first point of contact for Human Resources to the Business and relevant Stakeholders, a critical focus of the role is the delivery of exceptional customer service.

The
**HR Connect Officer** role can be varied from answering queries to updating systems for the completed employee lifecycle.

**About your new role**

You’ll report into a HR Connect team leader and work in a geographically deverse team. This role is for a
**12-month Fixed Term Opportunity** located in
**Townsville, Mackay or Brisbane**.

Critical to your success in the role is your:
Certificate IV in Human Resources and/or equivalent demonstrated experience.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with regard to administrative functions, HRIS entry and other related tasks.

Demonstrated initiative and judgement, to provide appropriate advice or refer queries to other HR specialist groups.

Trouble shooting and decision making capability, to navigate complex issues, handle complaints, resolve queries, or refer/ escalate as required.
