The Commercial Finance Analyst will be at the centre of driving business growth, optimising costs and unlocking new opportunities across the GYG network. This role will collaborate closely with operations, people experience and supply chain, to deliver timely and actionable financial analysis that drives optimal outcomes.

**What you can expect in the role**:
Corporate Restaurant
- Prepare and distribute P&L reports for corporate restaurants, tracking key metrics and financial performance
- Conduct in-depth analysis of key cost drivers, particularly cost of goods and labour
- Provide weekly KPI insights and collaborate with state operations teams to ensure data-driven decision making
- Create and maintain financial models in excel and VBA to support business growth

Supply Chain
- Analyse the impact of commodity price fluctuations, product quality changes, and cost avoidance measures
- Maintain up to date menu item listings, including pricing, yield, and portion control
- Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations as requested by the leadership team

People and Labour
- Partner with data and insights team to enhance labour dashboards and financial models, including the GYG labour model
- Prepare and distribute daily labour reports for corporate and franchise restaurants
- Analyse workforce data to provide insights that drive favourable commercial outcome sand support people initiatives
- Ensure compliance with People data regulations, providing insightful reporting on turnover, promotion rates, career pathways and engagement levels

**You'll enjoy this role if you have**:

- 2-5 years experience in a fast paced environment
- CPA, CA or CIMA qualified or at nearly completion is preferred
- Ability to analyse and interpret data, extracting meaningful insights that influence decision making and business performance
- Advanced excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
