**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Analyst, you will join the growing Commercial team at GYG’s vibrant central head office, known internally as Hola Central. We’re a high energy group of people with a passion for what we do, and we’re excited to be part of the GYG success story.

As the Commercial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in our success by providing commercial insights to drive business growth and sustainability of costs across the GYG network.

Here’s an example of what you’ll be doing day to day:

- Support commercial business partners with restaurant P&L preparation and distribution
- Support commercial business partners in weekly/monthly reporting cycles
- Develop an understanding of the dynamics and drivers at the restaurants to enable you to share critical business intelligence
- Maintain, develop and automation of financial models, budget tracking tools and reports
- Define and uncover readily available key insights to support overall business growth

**What are we looking for?**

If you’re hungry to learn with advanced Excel skills and the ability to keep your cool under pressure, you’re the type of person we’re looking for

You will have:

- Experience working in a fast-paced finance environment
- Strong P&L & balance sheet understanding
- The ability to understand, interpret and explain financial information to non-financial personnel with confidence
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- VBA, SQL or Power BI experience would be highly regarded

**It would be great if you have the following, however it’s not essential so we’d still love to hear from you if you can’t tick these boxes**
- Exposure to Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or FMCG
- CPA, CA or CIMA qualified or close to completion
- Coding skills / experience
- Excel OLAP experience
