Warehouse Storeperson

**About the Role**

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Warehouse Storeperson** to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth stock movement, accurate order preparation, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Stock Handling & Organisation**:

- Stack and organise pallets according to warehouse layout and space availability.
- Transfer and return **CHEP pallets** as required.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure products are stored in the correct locations.
- Unload and empty containers efficiently and safely.
- Provide stock to the packing area and machine area as required to ensure continuous production flow.
- **Order Preparation**:

- Pick and prepare orders based on packing/order forms.
- Write down and verify **batch numbers** during picking and dispatch.
- Ensure all items are prepared correctly, safely, and on time for delivery.
- Help with unstacking pallets received from Sydney or other branches.
- **Planning & Coordination**:

- Assist with **planning delivery dates** and coordinating with drivers and office staff.
- Ensure warehouse space is used efficiently based on incoming and outgoing stock.
- Support the team in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Forklift Licence - Mandatory**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail with batch and stock management.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg safely.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $27.15 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
