**We will count on you to**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the team.
- Prepare and edit insurance documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with budget reports in weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and information flow.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Contribute to process improvements and suggest creative solutions for enhanced efficiency.

**What you need to have**:

- 2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. (Open Twins software a major advantage).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Can do attitude.
