Great opportunity to work as a talent mobility specialist - engaging and partnering with employees as they make the exciting leap to relocate to Australia to join our clients purposeful thriving business.
We are looking for a sourcing specialist who has experience navigating Australian migration law and visa’s to work in their dynamic and fast paced environment.
Your days will be focused around.
- Serve as the go-to expert for Australian Work Rights and various visa categories, ensuring well-informed hiring managers.
- Guide and train various teams on visa sponsorship, assisting with Australian Working Rights/Visa eligibility processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sponsored employees, complying with Department of Home Affairs requirements.
- Support the development and maintenance of Immigration-related agreements and programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective international sourcing initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to address recruitment challenges.
- Promote Federal Government labor mobility programs.
- Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to ensure efficient and effective international sourcing.
- Engage with preferred suppliers, monitoring service levels to ensure value for money.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and talent attraction projects
What you’ll bring to the table;
You will have experience with international sourcing plans, immigration law guidelines and visa lodgments. OMARA registration is preferred but not essential.
Australian Work Rights/Visa management, and Immigration procedures. Proven project management skills with keen attention to detail are essential, along with prior recruitment.
Excellent customer service, communication, and administration skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft O365 and Applicant Tracking Systems is expected, and familiarity with the PALM scheme and Company-specific Labour Agreement would be advantageous.
