We are seeking a full time butcher to join the team. We're Melbourne's most exciting butcher with a focus on rare breeds, ethical farming and traditional butchery, and we're looking for someone to join our experienced and professional team.

We have a focus on traditional butchery paired with modern techniques, seasonality, and showcasing specialty breeds. You'll have the opportunity to work with Australia's best produce - our suppliers include O'Connor Beef, Blackmore Wagyu, Milking Yard Farm, and Glen Eyrie Rare Breeds just to name a few.

We also have an in-house kitchen producing restaurant-quality meals, sauces and condiments, as well as a smokehouse producing a range of smallgoods, pâtés and terrines. In addition to this, our dry-age coolroom sees a rotating range of cuts from different breeds of beef, sold in-store as well as to some of Melbourne's best restaurants.
