We're a family owned business looking for a dedicated butcher to join our team Situated in the Centreway Shopping Centre Keilor East, you'll experience a dynamic atmosphere with high foot traffic and quality conscious customers.

This position is Full Time  - Applicants who only have permanent rights to work within Australia will be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cut, prepare and value add a range of meat products
  • Carcass deboning including lambs and pigs
  • Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional market experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and presentation.
  • Uphold our values and standards while contributing positively to the working environment.
  • Cash handling, store opening and closing practices, security
  • Quality control, hygiene practices, cleaning and organisation

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • Be a qualified and experienced retail butcher
  • Have good customer service skills
  • Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Be reliable and punctual
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative and work independently within a small team.

Trading Hours

  • 7am – 5pm (Monday – Friday)
  • 7am – 2pm (Saturday)

Flexible rotating roster with the potential for weekend days off
