**Role**
We are looking for an Enrolments Administrator to join a friendly collaborative team. In this busy role you will process student enrolments for Kaplan Professional courses.

**Responsibilities**
- Work in a team of 3 Enrolment Administrators
- Process enrolments for all higher education and vocational education products
- Ensure student enrolment eligibility and entry requirements
- Maintain student records and associated procedures
- Process enrolment payments including government payment schemes
- Action audit reports

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in an administration function in the vocational or tertiary education sector (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage work volume in a high paced environment
- Experience in Salesforce and a Learning Management System such as Moodle, (desirable)
