**Role**

We are looking for an Enrolments Administrator to join a friendly and collaborative team. In this fast-paced role, you will process student enrolments for Kaplan Professional courses.

**Responsibilities**
- Process enrolments for all higher education and vocational education
- Ensure student enrolment eligibility and entry requirements
- Maintain student records and associated procedures
- Processing of enrolment payments, including government payment schemes
- Action audit reports
- Contribute to a supportive, positive, safe workplace
- Approach your work with integrity and accountability in line with all Kaplan policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in an administration function in the vocational or tertiary education sector (essential)
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Learning Management Systems such as Moodle (essential)
- Good reporting and data analysis skills (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Able to read and interpret data and action Salesforce audit reports
- Able to adapt to new and changing technology
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage work volumes in a fast-paced environment
- An understanding of the financial services industry (desirable)
