Triage Enrolled Nurse

FPES is looking for an Enrolled Nurse to join our growing Nurse telephone triage team.
FPES is a leading Australian owned organisation Post Injury Solutions and works with a large number of National employers. We are currently seeking enrolled nurses to join our fast paced team.
Main Duties include:
- Responsible for triage of injured workers and general inquiry inbound emails and calls
- Ability to categorise and recognise the urgency of support required
- Manage triage calls and provide telephone support immediately and arrange appropriate treatment
- Guide and direct case management for telehealth support and deploy field expert and/or specialist team support
- Case management and follow up in injured worker to discuss progress
- Complete other administrative tasks
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrate a high standard of clinical person-centred care.
- Knowledge of and a demonstrated commitment to quality processes including policies, guidelines and evidence-based practices.
- Demonstrate the application of evidence-based guidelines to achieve positive patient outcomes and identify areas of improvement.
- Demonstrate collaborative teamwork and decision making, empathy, integrity and respect for all patients, carers and staff.
- Strong written documentation of clinical hand over medical information.
Work Experience :
- Knowledge and experience in telehealth triage is preferable, but not necessary.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and policies preferable
The role is a full time Monday- Friday role. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office in Cronulla - 2 from home).
