**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Development and support of the ServiceNow Platform
- Support project team as platform owner in defining the requirements and scoping and ensuring successful transition with mínimal impact.
- Provide uplifts to existing ServiceNow capabilities in line with best practices and sustainability.
- Analyzing and documenting business requirements, platform standards and build.
- Consulting and engagement with key stakeholders.
- Promotes and drives adoption of CIS industrial ServiceNow or ITSM assets & services; ensures coordination across design authority, build and deployment teams to achieve team strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current processes, actively participating in innovation or journey planning and delivery discussions, identify automation opportunities to maximize ROI, and develop scalable solutions.
- Drive change management efforts to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, contractors, and technology partners to leverage expertise and stay abreast of technological advancements.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members on best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Min 6 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform administration, development and implementation.
- Experience in a ServiceNow integration with RestAPI, SCCM, external instances of ServiceNow, nextThink, Azure active directory, external website, intranets, AWS Connect, virtual chatbots and Performance Analytics.
- Extensive experience in coding, peer review and crafting test plan.
- Experience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, CSM, SecOps, and ITOM would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated knowledge in Agile practices and experience in Stories, Epics and Agile board. Certification in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or related disciplines.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to conceptualise, establish and implement new initiatives and innovative solutions within a specified framework, in accordance with industry standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders across all levels of the organisation along with the ability to exercise judgement in an impartial manner, provide advice and recommend, manage, and implement change.
