**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The **Platform Administrator** is responsible for installing, managing, controlling, deploying and maintaining the platform infrastructure to meet operational needs and service levels. Provides necessary support for deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- RFQ role
- Minimum of NV1 Clearance
- Sydney-based

**_ Responsibilities include:_**
- Platform Support: Contribute to preparation of software implementation procedures with fall back and contingency plans. Install and test new versions of system software. Resolve potential and actual service problems to maintain system funtionality.
- Deployment: Install, configure and set to work packages to the platforms as authorised, comprising but not limited to reusable components, developed software, toolsets, patches, utilities, middleware or operating systems.

- Monitor platform performane and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement security measures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide training and support to users.

- Meeting deployment schedules and deadlines.
- Providing effective training and support to users.
- Collaborating effectively with the development team.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of platform configuration and usage.
