**The role**

We are looking for a Platform Administrator to join our Operations team, who can deliver fast, high quality support across a range of areas. The role will cover operations administration associated with transactional and payment processing, including contributions and deposits fee transaction, in-specie transfers and deceased estates. You may also be responsible for new client onboarding, adviser changes, fee updates and AML/ KYC compliance.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure effective platform administration, provide quality service, and maximise customer retention and referral.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Onboarding new client accounts
- Client Transactional and Payment processing
- Updating administration system relating to transaction and payment processing.
- Be a point of contact for clients. Answer incoming calls and assist with client enquiries in line with the company’s service offering
- Complete all necessary reports and documentation as directed by advisors and managers
- AML and KYC compliance with regulations.
- Provide, upon request, all and any documentation requested by the Compliance & Risk team.
- Maintain adequate and accurate records and file notes.

**Key skills required**:

- Administration experience is essential, preferably in the financial services industry (Financial instruments, products, platforms, or the financial planning experience is highly desired).
- On-boarding new client accounts
- Understanding of AML and KYC compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self/time management
- ability to prioritise and work to agreed schedules.
- A strong client focus with proven service excellence
- High attention to detail, self-motivated and results orientated
