**The key responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Oversees domestic transport scheduling and supply against network plan and local operations.
- Supports delivery to the Transport KPI’s, working directly between DC’s and Transport suppliers.
- Support business improvement activities within Domestic Transport, ensuring relevant KPI’s are achieved.
- Previous transport operations experience.
- Multi-mode experience. (rail, road all freight formats)
- Multi-site, multi-vendor transport experience.
- General understanding of supply and transport planning.
- Comprehensive knowledge of legislation and regulations.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Qualifications in Associated Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain discipline.
