**Our Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a talented Project Scheduler who will make this role their own by developing and maintaining capacity and resource planning schedules for the entire business. Our growing team is located in Thornton, NSW office. Your duties will include:

- Assessing the resource capacity per business department
- Building and maintaining a resource library
- Creating and maintaining a master schedule for the business
- Creating project schedules using MS Project
- Reporting on capacity issues (over and underutilisation)
- Report on progress against the schedule
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on schedule and capacity

**The Right Person**
- More than 5 years’ experience in a project-based business
- Excellent project scheduling skills
- Excellent MS Project skills
- Ability to understand work packages and develop the work breakdown structure
- Works autonomously and proactive in chasing down required inputs
- Project Management qualifications, trade qualifications and/or relevant experience will be well regarded
