We are currently recruiting for an IT Project Coordinator for a 12-month contract who will work as part of the team delivering multiple initiatives focused on HR and Financial System Projects in the education space.

You will take responsibility for coordinating projects within HR and Financial System Projects and ensure that delivery is underpinned by a professional approach to project management, ensuring that activity is being delivered on schedule, to agreed quality standards and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the Project Manager to coordinate, support and push all aspects of project management from across a wide variety of digital and operational project activities, involving institutional and business change
- Strong knowledge of IT project management and system integrations will be critical to your ability to provide a high-quality service preferably in ERP/CRM
- Provide expertise in Agile or Scrum methodology, appreciate the strengths of traditional waterfall practices and guide best project methodology approach and execution requirements
- Experience in managing and working on complex cross-functional projects and project teams (e.g. IT and service provision)
- A proven track record of successfully implementing IT development projects using Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
- Critical thinking, communication and problem-solving skills
- JIRA knowledge would be desirable
