**Your Team**

Personalisation is a new capability to SRG which leverages machine learning tools to draw on existing and new datasets within the business, evaluate potential actions and select the most appropriate message, product and offer to be sent to individual customers at scale.

**Your Role**

The role of Digital Designer is to create, produce and maintain digital content & designs for personalised eDMs and other Personalised digital mediums/ channels across multiple touchpoints. You will work collaboratively across our brands, liaising with creative teams and working to reach common goals.

No two days will be the same, but your role will involve:

- Collaborate with all SRG brand eCommerce, loyalty, marketing and creative teams to deliver results-driven assets.
- Contribute to strategic brainstorms around digital enhancements and help execution digital experiences across SRG brand channels
- Show knowledge of industry standards and provide continuous feedback on how to maximize designs and content across SRG brand digital channels.
- Effectively translate creative briefs into effective concepts

**About You**
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in a digital design team
- Be able to maintain a calm and level head in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where change is the only constant
- Have a proven ability to manage extensive workloads and prioritise accordingly
- Skills in gif and animation will be highly regarded as will CSS Coding
- Experienced working within an internal retail studio with multiple stakeholders
