Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role will see you provide vision, leadership and strategic direction across the Business HR function. Leading their team of 4 passionate Business HR Partners in delivering sound practical support to line managers, implementing solutions for all employee-related matters. Overseeing all enterprise agreements across Australia, resulting in consistent HR Business Partnering nationwide.
Staying abreast of changes in employment law, you will add value through strategic and tactical IR interventions that meet the needs of their employees and the business. Developing and facilitating training to ensure the business is familiar and comfortable with relevant employment law.
Supporting Business HR in coaching, advising and guiding line managers on all employee relations matters, ensuring that their organisation remains a premier place to work.
As the National Manager HR Business Partnering you may currently be in a HR Managers position wishing to take the next step to thrive and add value in your new role. You may already be in a similar position and have extensive generalist HR experience, partnering the business at a senior management level in a medium to large size organisation and conversant and comfortable with Industrial Relations, together with collective bargaining negotiation experience. This may be your next position. This position reports into the Vice President, Human Resources, Australia.
