**About the Roles**:
Our
**Consultant **role offers variety, with superior customer service, interior design advice, administration and customer selections. The main responsibilities include:

- Assisting clients with the selection of materials and finishes
- Meet with customers to review and amend plans as required.
- A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Responding to client and supplier queries in a timely manner
- Deliver clear and concise documentation
- Prepare detailed costings and variations
- The upkeep and entry of client information and communication in relation to pre-construction stage of building.

As our
**Team Leader** you are responsible for overseeing the Selections Team, to ensure that selections appointments are conducted efficiently and the revised specification is documented, priced, reviewed, amended, and checked accurately and within agreed timeframes to meet the requirements of the customer and Rivergum Homes. The main responsibilities include:

- Finalising customer selections, including pricing and sign-off
- Design and develop interior elements
- Select colour and materials internally and externally as required.
- Regularly liaise with Estimating, Drafting and Construction staff to ensure they are advised of relevant cost issues or delays as they occur.
- Prioritise and schedule work to ensure customer and workflow deadlines are met and communicated

**Experience & Skills required for the roles**:

- Superior Customer Service skills, with the ability to develop relationships and trust with customers and provide advice in a professional and friendly manner.
- Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
- Proven experience in a selection's role
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and interpersonal.
- Proven ability to successfully manage time and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to self-check work.

**In addition to the above, as a Team Leader you will bring**:

- Management and leadership experience
- Proven experience in designing and managing workflow processes
- Bachelor's degree in interior architecture or equivalent
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to read building / engineering plans, reports, and specifications
