Lifeblood has an inspiring opportunity for you

Reporting to National Contact Centre Manager, Learning & development Consultant will provide instructional design services to National Contact Centre in consultation to Learning & Development team to meet organizational performance objectives.

L&D consultant will work closely with business to ensure alignment between business needs and learning solutions. This would include analysis of learning needs, development of learning material and evaluation of their effectiveness along with facilitating delivery of recommended learning interventions based upon priority needs in business.

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or relevant qualification.

Experience in need analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning programs.

Well-developed communication skill for relationship building to influence behaviour & facilitate group processes

Ability to work co-operatively and interact effectively at all levels within the organisation

Collaborative and action oriented to optimize work processes

Sound Technical & Digital aptitude

This is a permanent full-time role and is based in Adelaide with some opportunity to work remotely.
