We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused **Practice Manager** to guide our team and champion operational excellence at our established Ballina centre. With 1-2 experienced practitioners on each day delivering the full scope of general dentistry, you’ll be joining a stable, well-supported environment where your leadership can truly shine.

What you’ll do
- Lead, inspire and coach your team to deliver outstanding patient care
- Oversee day-to-day operations including rosters, schedules, and patient flow
- Drive performance and operational improvements across the centre
- Collaborate with your Regional Manager on compliance, team development and KPIs
- Create a warm, welcoming environment for both patients and your team

What you’ll bring
- Strong leadership skills - whether you’re a senior Dental Assistant, Practice Manager or Dental team leader, you know how to bring people together
- Experience in a Dental environment essential for this position
- A solution-focused mindset and ability to juggle priorities with ease
- Confidence in coaching others and creating high-performing teams
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for health care and creating great patient experiences
