**About the role**
Horizon Power is transforming the way it responds to customer requirements with digital experience programs that leverage near real time data from multiple sources, and enable us to inform and respond with optimised digital service delivery across multiple channels and tools.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist to join our high performing Marketing & Insights team in the Customer & Community division, directly supporting the Senior Manager, Marketing & Insights. This unique role collaborates across the business with product owners, technology and data teams to develop and deliver end-to-end campaigns to achieve strategic and tactical objectives. With a strong emphasis on digital marketing performance, the role helps to identify, prioritise, develop, implement and measure the initiatives and change management practices to successfully engage our customers and internal stakeholders in this transformation.

This is a busy role and you will need to bring your technical marketing experience, creative and critical thinking, measurement and reporting, and exceptional communication and engagement practices for our key stakeholders

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Support the Senior Manager, Marketing & Insights with implementing the Customer Experience marketing strategy, strategic campaigns and strategic initiatives that align to corporate strategy and business objectives and measure performance and ROI.
- Develop and execute go to market campaigns to launch innovative products and services, with iterative testing and optimisation of all SEM activity.
- Support the implementation of customer lifecycle management via preferred, digital channels.
- Develop customer insight-led marketing plans for the product suite including product specific implementation plans for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Own the creative development and lead the management of implementation of marketing plans through third party relationships and channels.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities and implement performance reporting frameworks; challenge the status quo, drive results, leverage technology and demonstrate resourcefulness for industry leading / fit for purpose digital and process solutions.
- Commercial analysis with an ability to evaluate for customer impact and business ROI, supported by comprehensive analysis documentation and evaluation reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise within SEM platforms and associated analytics platforms.

**About you**
In addition to sharing our passion, to be successful in this role you will have:

- Demonstrated experience as a digital marketing specialist for an energy or technology business, with a degree in marketing, commerce or related discipline desirable but not essential.
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills to ensure ability to drive multiple campaign and content requirements simultaneously and meet deadlines and budgets.
- Deep understanding of web analytics and attribution, demonstrated expertise in SEM, marketing technology platforms, and the ability to think strategically whilst having strong tactical execution capability.
- Successful campaign development and ability to identify optimal channel mix and execution including reporting, performance analysis and optimisation.
- Coordinate and report on; digital effectiveness to inform future activity and digital channel investment.
- Extensive experience in managing and evaluating customer and market research and developing actionable insight and outcomes.
- Excellent communications skills, stakeholder engagement and leading change initiatives, specifically around new technology and digital transformation.
