**Aftercare Manager **at
**Mercedes Benz**
**Perth** in
**Bentley**
**_._**

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for the sale of aftermarket products for all vehicles sold out of our dealership.

These products include the sale of vehicle protection products and electronic goods and accessories.

It is also the function of the Aftercare Consultant to provide customer support post-sale of a vehicle and act as a contact between the vehicle sales departments and customers.

**Duties include**:

- Promoting the range of aftercare products to new and existing customers
- Provided excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with the car’s sales team and finance and insurance team to provide seamless customer service.
- Meeting Dealership sales targets

**About you**:
Prior experience in the automotive industry, or as an Aftercare Consultant would be highly advantageous. Regardless of your background, you will be a passionate people-person, who is also driven by the thrill of the sale

Ideally you will possess:

- Prior Aftercare Consultant experience would be highly advantageous
- Ability to remain highly organised
- Ability to work in a team environment, working closely and collaboratively with others
- Ability to meet sales targets
