PRIMARY DETAIL

We are looking for casual Kitchen Hands to join our growing Food and Beverage team. This will be a great opportunity to work within a strong team.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will be a working alongside a team of chefs, cooks & Kitchen Hands to deliver the kitchen’s operations on all menus across our venues including Lachlan’s Restaurant, Brew Café, and Events & Catering.

Duties include:

- Assisting other chefs when required for the smooth operation of the kitchen through cleaning, storing, receiving deliveries.
- Safety and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and surroundings
- Quality and Consistent Food storage and cleaning
- Goods receiving and storing food in temperature-controlled facilities
