We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join Banyule Leisure team.

**About the Role**:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will provide a positive customer experience to all visitors of facilities managed by Banyule Leisure through high-quality service at the reception and café areas. You will be the first point of contact for Ivanhoe Aquatic and Olympic Leisure Centre.

You will respond to customer queries, undertake bookings for programs and classes and assist in the general running of the facilities.

Must be available for at least one of the below shifts.

Monday

10:00am - 2:15pm

Thursday

10:00am - 2:15pm

Saturday

4:00pm - 8:00pm

Sunday

6:45am - 12:15pm, 4:00pm - 8:00pm

**Skills, experience and certificates**:

- Experience in customer service, membership sales, cash handling and administration (desirable)
- Experience with Point-of-Sale systems and ability to learn new software
- Sound communication skills and good conflict management skillset
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a busy environment and working in a team
- Experience in Leisure or Fitness Centres (desired)

**Essentials**:

- CPR / First Aid
- Level 2 First Aid

**Mandatory Pre-employment screenings**:

- Working with Children’s check
- Police check
- Pre-employment Medical
