Due to rapid growth and increasing operational complexity, we’re excited to announce a newly created leadership position: Head of Technology.

This role presents a unique opportunity to design and lead a modern IT function—shaping how technology enables every part of our business.

**About the Role**

As the Head of Technology, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of our IT department, developing and executing a company-wide technology strategy. You will ensure our systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and innovative—supporting our operational teams, franchise partners, and guest experience across the entire network.

This is a pivotal leadership role with both strategic oversight and operational delivery responsibilities, sitting at the heart of our business transformation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement an IT strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee infrastructure, software, and systems across stores and head office
- Lead cybersecurity, data protection, and risk management frameworks
- Deliver technology projects on time and within budget
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships
- Provide internal IT support and foster strong stakeholder relationships
- Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative IT team

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role (multi-site or QSR experience highly regarded)
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and enterprise systems
- Demonstrated success in leading digital projects and cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
- Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Passion for delivering secure, customer-centric technology solutions
