Burger Urge Head Office needs an IT System Support Analyst

Burger Urge (BU) started 15 years ago to take the burger back We will achieve this by making burgers the way they should be, using premium local ingredients with delicious, classic, on trend, and environmentally sustainable recipes.

Our HQ is seeking an IT Systems Support Analyst to support our Operations Manager interpret data from different software (TANDA, Redcat, Imagetec, Fathom, EdApp, iAuditor, CTB). Are you an energetic, hard worker able to collaborate with our internal customers?

The Role

The first point of contact for our CIO and IT Manager seeking data on the networks operations.

Your Experience
- Providing and interpreting operational data on sales volume, staff data, stock information, etc.
- The experience to take ownership of Burger Urge’s data reporting systems.
- Test and support new technology as necessary
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues on a range of systems
- Set up accounts for new users and maintain accounts with required levels of security.
- Maintain ticketing system to required SLAs

About you
- 1+ years in a similar role.
- Customer focused with exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet reasonable deadlines.
- Motivated and enthusiastic team player with the ability to work autonomously
