As Head of Sales, you will leverage your extensive industry experience to support DXC's expansion in workers' compensation self-insurance by identifying and securing clients while strengthening relationships with our existing client base.
Key to your success will be staying ahead of regulatory changes, industry policies, and market trends, allowing you to tailor innovative solutions that meet client needs and risk strategies.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:
- Growth: Lead and expand sales within the Victorian workers compensation market, driving revenue growth for DXC
- Shape Strategy: Drive organisational growth, refine delivery models, and ensure overall account success
- Lead by Example: Uphold and embody DXC's values and leadership standards, fostering a culture of excellence

Required Skills, Experience And Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have an extensive background within workers compensation, particularly within roles which drive growth and build on development strategies.
You Will Also Need
- Extensive Customer Relationship Experience – Deep expertise in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance engagement, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty
- Commercial Acumen & Growth Focus – Strong ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within a customer portfolio, driving business expansion and revenue generation
- Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Proactive in navigating challenges and adjusting to evolving customer demands in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Effective Communication & Influence – Skilled in engaging stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to senior executives, ensuring DXC's value proposition is compelling and well-articulated
- Data-Driven Decision-Making – Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics, identify key trends, and develop strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence
