**About the role**
- Assist our Home Claims and Lodgement HODs with diary management and meeting coordination.
- Coordinate meetings, including virtual conferences, room bookings, catering, and technical needs.
- Manage travel arrangements for our assessing team.
- Draft, proofread, and edit various documents, such as reports and presentations for HODs, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide project assistance as needed.
- Support culture working groups by organising engaging team building activities.
- Demonstrate sound decision-making skills.
- Take clear and concise meeting minutes.
- Foster exceptional collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate ad-hoc events, dinners, catering, and refreshments as necessary.

**About you**

You will have:

- Previous experience providing administrative support in leadership capacities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and robust computer skills required.
- Proactive and motivated, with excellent time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen listening and comprehension.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-paced setting.
- Self-driven and dedicated to accomplishing objectives.
- High attention to detail, diligence, and proficient proofreading skills.
