You'll play a crucial role in shaping our client's strategic direction by ensuring all contracts align with their organisational goals and legal standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the contract management process, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalising contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure contracts meet organisational goals and legal standards.
- Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues or discrepancies.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on contract-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for contract optimisation and cost savings.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with all parties involved in the contracting process.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, and/or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, projects or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
