Lead Contract Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Contract Management Expert to achieve operational excellence within the contract management function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law and risk management principles, logical, critical, and systems thinking, ability to coach colleagues in commercial and contract management principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in an unstructured environment, and very high level of proficiency on the core Microsoft suite of applications, especially Excel and Word.
Our team is responsible for supporting our customers with over 130 years of experience in managing their logistics, transport, and supply chain challenges. We have 500 sites in 27 markets, and a forwarding network spanning 150 countries. Our forward-thinking approach enables us to deliver seamless solutions that meet our clients' needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing change appropriately and in compliance with governance guidelines. They will facilitate connections between business units to drive results-oriented collaboration. This role requires a deep understanding of contract law, risk management principles, and commercial and contract management practices.
