We are currently recruiting an experienced Contracts Lead to join our dynamic Commerical team, on a 5:2 roster Monday to Friday, Perth based with some occasional site travel.
Support contracting and procurement activities
Management of key contracts critical to the successful operations of the business
Maintain contractor, supplier trade and service bases
Process quotations and recommendations
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Drive strong customer focused outcomes on all claims
Follow up contract documentation and update variations
Ensure purchase orders are sent out accurately and in a timely manner
Remaining aware of emerging trends in the market and advise of changes that might affect the business commercial position
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
Relevant tertiary qualification and experience
Thorough understanding of supply chain management
Thorough understanding of risk management, commercial drivers in contracts and contractual management
Strong contractual drafting skills, analytical skills with a focus on contracting and procurement activities
Able to develop quality relationships with key suppliers and end users
Must be technologically capable and able to work within SharePoint, Microsoft teams, Pronto, QlikView and similar Excel, Power BI and analytical capability to support delivery
