Start Date: August/September 2025

Salary: Mid to High 200K's

About the Role

This position oversees contract management activities on our Fluor project, ensuring compliance with all statutes, regulations, and contract terms through assigned contract administrators.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Development and issuance of tender documents for ECI through to construction contracts
  2. Development and issuance of BPRs
  3. Evaluation of budget quotation pricing and development of supporting summaries
  4. Contract administration of ECI packages
  5. Evaluation of ECI deliverables and negotiation of construction contracts
  6. Support PCM in developing contracting strategies and reporting
  7. Tendering, awarding, and administering contract packages
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with BHP systems and processes or Olympic Dam
  • Experience within an IPT or JV environment
  • Shutdown contract management experience
  • Ability to develop and implement contracting strategies with stakeholder engagement
